Exercise 1

Use statcheck::checkPDF() or the web application statcheck.io to check a paper of your choice for inconsistencies. This can be one of your recent manuscritps, a paper you recently read, or a classic paper from your field.

You can search pubpeer.com to see if the paper has been checked automatically.

Given the R code and data files that you brought for this workshop
